When Brigit has to return home after being humiliated by her cheating ex-fiance, she never imagined that she would be rooming with Caleb, the boy she walked away from all those years ago. Lost and untethered, Brigit's plans don't include sticking around Moore any longer than it takes to put her life back together again. She soon finds out however that you can take the girl off the farm, but you can't ever really take the farm out of the girl.

This was a quick fun read, but with lots of feels. Caleb and Brigit have history, but it's a history that keeps throwing up road blocks into their present. It's also a history that neither can walk away from again.

While Caleb works to re-build his family farm, Brigit works to rebuild her life. Too bad it takes them so long to figure out that those two things go hand in hand.

This was a fun nod to cowboy romance that also happens to be so much more.
