Situated just outside of Oklahoma City, Calumet County is divided into two drastically different communities. Hope’s Grove, the small backward town where all dirt roads lead the way to field parties or train tracks, and Summit Bluffs, home of the rich kids who live in suburban mansions and drive Bentleys.
Hope’s Grove is home to Kyle and Ella Jane Mason, whose family owns Mason Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance. Kyle and Ella Jane have spent every summer they can remember doing the same two things: Working hard for the family business and going fishing with their mutual best friend Cooper. But Kyle’s getting ready to leave for college and the Mason family is falling apart.
